アヴェ・マリアの祈りをご存知ですか(ラテン語・日本語・英語版)

カトリックでは日常的に唱えるアヴェ・マリアの祈祷文。
「主の祈り」はプロテスタントでも唱えますが、カトリックではアヴェ・マリアの祈りも同じように日々唱えます。
アヴェ・マリアは、元はラテン語の祈りです。
Ave Maria
Ave Maria, gratia plena,
Dominus tecum,
benedicta tu in mulieribus,
et benedictus fructus ventris tui Jesus.
Sancta Maria mater Dei,
ora pro nobis peccatoribus,
nunc, et in hora mortis nostrae.
Amen.
日本では、以前は文語和訳で唱えられ「天使祝詞」と呼ばれています。
2011年に「聖母マリアへの祈り」が口語和訳で出され「聖母マリアへの祈り」と呼ばれていますが、
その後、口語和訳が手直しされ、現在は「アヴェ・マリアの祈り」と呼ばれる祈りが正式にカトリックで唱えられています。
アヴェ・マリアの祈り
アヴェ、マリア、恵みに満ちた方、
主はあなたとともにおられます。
あなたは女のうちで祝福され、
ご胎内の御子イエスも祝福されています。
神の母聖マリア、
わたしたち罪びとのために、
今も、死を迎える時も、お祈りください。
アーメン。
もしこれからカトリックの教会へ行ってみたいな….と思われる方はこの祈祷文が良いと思いますし、
海外で教会のミサに出てみたい方は、その国の言語の「主の祈り」と「アヴェ・マリア」をちょっとだけぶつぶつ唱えておかれると、現地でとても豊かな経験や思い出になるのではと思います。
